2008 Bash Beer swap!!!

Lets keep this going, with only a short time till the bash this yr we should get this started.

Last year was interesting. We had beer from all over and everyone seemed to enjoy trying the different local brews/favorites etc. Being that the bash was pushed up this year I wont be able to bring any Pumpkin Ale (Its only sold for 2 months out of the yr and July ain't one of them)

Last yr I brought Lions Head and it seemed to be a popular one. There were a lot of great beers last year. This year I'll stick to the lighter beer (Summer time fun beer!)

I'm in. I'll visit the local brewery again and snag something different this time.

Not sure what the summer seasonal is.

Have you guys ever had Harpoon? I'm not sure how far they distribute, but they have a slammin IPA and a summer brew.

If thats too boring, I can snag some more Shabadoo. I don't know where I'm gonna put it, cosidering I have to fly to Philly..... hmmmm....

I'll bring a case of Lion's Head again. Everyone seemed to like it last year when TJ and I went halfs on a case, so I'll bring a whole case myself this year.

We should get a number of people together so we all know that we can do a good bit of beer-tasting. I think I only had a taste of 2 or 3 different beers last year. Like if there are 12 people that all want to bring something from their locale, we all bring 12 of our local brew so we each get to taste all of them!!

I like the thought of 12 different beers over 2 days.

Dave, any chance we can get access to a full-size fridge somewhere? I'm going to try to get some dry ice and pack mine in one of those foam coolers, but it would be nice to have somewhere to put it out there that we don't have to keep fetching ice for it...
