even though i won't be there this year, this group ALWAYS has the bash.....rain, snow, shine, flooding, tornadoes.....we're all crazy! lol |
This year, instead of bash t-shirts, we'll be wearing v6z24.com arm floaties. |

Can I get mine in advance? It's still really wet up here. Also we finally got drinking water back! Woo-hoo! _________________

we got lucky here.... they learned their lesson back in '93 with the flooding of the water treatment plant... so, yeah, we never lost drinking water this time!
moral of the story? no, you can't have your arm floaties!! |

the bash hotel is at the north end of town, I doubt it would flood up there. A funnel cloud passed right over it last night though _________________

Well we thought we were fine after '04, but when flood stage is at seven feet and the 18 foot meter is underwater, there are more problems. _________________

how's davenport holding up? |
just flooding towards the river, the other 99% of the city is fine aside from things related to the recent storms we had.
I drove by the bash hotel today, all is well. _________________

haha, that's nothing. The cedar? i think, i forget if it's the cedar or iowa... anyway, flood stage is 14 feet, it's supposed to crest at 35ft _________________

That's because you're driving the Z, right?
On a slightly different note: C'mon people! less than a month and there's only 23 users registered to go? and only just over half are paid? got to get a move on. I know Jason is taking a loss every year on the bash as it is, make it at least worth while _________________
