I swear it looks like this TB.

That TB has 4 mounting holes, the 3.5DOHC has 3.

No it only has two to mount to the intake manifold. The other holes are for the cable bracket.

Here's the TB by itself...

isn't the quad TB only 56mm?

this 65 looks like a nice deal, similar mounting to the LSx tb's..

Yes it is a good deal. You buy the adapter for $45, and the TB's are all over the place, just got to look

I've seen them anywhere from $30-75.

Finding one with the cable bracket would be a plus.

Some definite 3400 interest here. I know where there's a 3.5 Aurora in a yard too.....

OH well I'll still be the only L82/LA1/LX9/LX5 hybrid!!

Yeah that TB there is one I bought and sent to FF to make the adapters. It's LX5 engine TB.

You sure about that?

Short block L82
Heads & LIM LA1
Upper Intake LX9
Now I just need one of those TBs.

So do you happen to have another one of those TBs available? I'm very interested in the adapter.

Nope, if you had read all the posts, you'd see it's a 3.5 DOHC TB (think Aurora 3.5).

Problem solved. They now work on 3400 and 3500 manifolds

We have 3 left that only fit 3500 manifolds and 2 that fit both 3400 and 3500's.

Please specify what manifold you have so we can include the proper bolts.

Well, technically, that engine you have is now a LG8 since it has the 3400 heads/intake.... Mine is still a L82 longblock.. Besides, mine looks better!! What car is that going into?

It's a standard GM IAC.
