Already ahead of ya buddy, I know from back in the days experience when fiberglassing over Urethane....especially if it's a hot day outside, it'll just crack, and everything else. I'm just going to put my skillz to the limit and make a mold just by using them. Got my motivation from a good ol buddy who PM'd me awhile back....

If you call that gorgeous surface rust, I'm afraid to see your definition of straight through rust. Thats pretty nasty. Nice work though.

I've seen alot worse...... I tried to take some pics when I was welding the patch and stuff in but the camera always dies when you don't want her to. I will be priming as soon as I get home from the shop tommorrow, so I will be posting some more. And thanks guys for loving the progress. It's just hard to find time to work on mine with everyone elses stuff, and other stuff that needs to be done first. Oh and I forgot to post the pic of my shaved antanae....

I hear ya man, but I bought the car off of my cousing in Indiana. Stupid Indiana Roads......She said it wasn't running anymore. I made a trip up there and fixed it within a couple of hours and she started right up. All it was is the Fuel Pump. I bought it for $650 plus a fuel pump, and drove her down here. Before I got into bodywork/painting I gave it to a company that painted it for $500. As you can see that is what happens. They don't fix anything and the paint started blistering, chipping, and flaking. Had alot of surface rust popping up so I decided to start restoring her. Alittle pickhammer action here and there and that's what happens. I'm actually really satisfied with the bodywork thus far. I have just been really busy here lately and I'm getting aggravated that I can't get her done faster!!!! But thanks Pezed.....hopefully I can make it up there to Somernites Cruise sometime....

Man, I know its crazy....I will not have the Z at Somerset this month but me and the gf will be there. We have one started Downtown Oneida this year. We had our first one last month and that was when that cold front came in and brought alot of rain. We ended up with 71 cars though. Some bad Camaros and a sweet 34 Ford. And man I here ya on the gas prices. My buddy has a mean 69 Camaro that is blown beyond belief. He never drives it anymore and I wonder why.....
