Umm, it all depends on how much boost you want to go with. but for the basics yours gonna need a manifold down pipe waste gate and inteercooler c piping bov misc rubber garments and claps, larger injectors and ecm tuned. _________________

well just low for now
i wont be puttin it on anytime soon
prolly like 6psi or lower would make me happy
would the mani for 1988 sunbird turbo work for me?
the downpipe would prolly have to be fabbed
larger injectors would be easy to get
my ecm would need tuned ok....
i could get an intercooler kit off ebay (if i dont get flamed for sayin that)
where could i get a wastegate from? _________________

LOL sorry man,
thats crazzy had to say that lol
anyways,
Get a Manifold, IIRC the older manifolds will work on the 93-94 heads. and 125$ shippped isnt bad. If you have a J/y near you look to see if they have a Sunbird GT, You probably get everything for that price. then all you have to do i just swap everything onto your car. Wont take long to do that. _________________

To do the swap using factory parts, the easiest route is to find a turbo 'bird at the junkyard and get the injectors, exhaust manifold, turbo, ecm, and distributor.
The 94 ecm is unsupported in the aftermarket tuning world. The program in the ecm is not designed to work with a boost friendly MAP sensor. Don't be surprised if you cannot find anyone willing or able to tune it.
The Sunbird turbo engine uses forged pistons, but if you're careful with your tuning then the cast ones in your engine might live.
The Sunbird turbo ecm is designed to work with a distributor and will not work wiuth a stock 92-94 2.0 OHC DIS ignition.
You should also upgrade your fuel pump if you are adding a turbo.
