Drawing and cutting down some beaded foam.......

Now building off of here.....Ill have a nice even line.....between tire and fender....all the way around....

a little carving done on the drivers side...

here you can see how much the fender is filled in...

some sanding.....with 36 and 60 grit..

the red line is where sheetmetel ends...

Now....I have the drivers side of the center line...pretty much shaped up.....I layed out 1"measurements from center----outward..and transferred measurements from the left side to the right side............to sand the foam to shape...

well...........a little more progress..............

Now i begin.....covering the foam with mudd.....for this I used USC....Basecoat clearcoat mudd.....Its a good product,and it was on sale locally for 15.00 a gallon...Thats damn near the same price as that GARBAGE they call Bondo.....
