Could be from high rpm's, heat, and a slight bending of the stem allowing it to seat improperly.

theres a tiny mark on the piston. its not a deep scratch at all... nothing more than the engraved numbers you see on pistons sometimes

so im not going to worry about that. it looks like an arrow actually

dont worry about a little scratch like that. You should see what kind of mark my pistons had when my cam went. Just smoothed them all down and Ive put 7k on it with no problems

Valve float could have caused that but its hard to say

I think it was pointing to the passenger side ROTFL

maybe it is a stock mark? lol

it does look pretty damn perfect for an arrow, im starting to wonder if its from the valve or not

no, theres piggyback devices you can get that adjust the injector pulse width, or you can just get injectors that are 30% bigger

I got bigger injectors and fine tuned the ECM

sounds good. the others are just too dirty to see them

I found 2 injectors that were covered in some sticky oil crap

I think thats why that one valve went now. luckily I had 2 spares since I bought a V8 injector set

looks like I definately need a oil catch can or something was wrong with the PCV system.

it fired right up the first time. ran it for about 5mins then tried giving it a rev. sounded like it was just taking in more air but not revving up at all

so I turned it off and tried restarting - wouldnt restart!

gotta look into that some more not sure whats going on..

heres pics

I have a feeling you'll be back for some boost. You can lie all you want, but deep down you want the FI back.
