I still have a bunch of brake stuff to install then I'll get started on the headers
some stuff I did today..
removed rear brake lines and ABS wiring
bent new rear line:
zinc coated it:
I need to get a flaring tool because one line broke upon removal
then I'll start putting it back together..

It's amazing just how much space all the ABS stuff takes up, not to mention the fact that it's utterly useless.
Good to see you chugging along.

Those tires should be nice. I have the directional 225/50-R16 AST and wish I would of sprung the extra cash for the ASX. My dad has the ASX on his BMW and they have lasted the longest out of any tire he has tried. No abnormal wear/etc like the other tires. They have all around better specs than the AST. More grip more life, and unidirectional.

got a bubble flaring tool. KD tools w/ lifetime warranty
much heavier than the $20 double flaring tool I was just using
so I can finally do the non-abs master swap that has been sitting for.. 4 months

Why do you need to adjust the throttle stop anyways?
