I still have a bunch of brake stuff to install then I'll get started on the headers

some stuff I did today..

removed rear brake lines and ABS wiring



bent new rear line:



zinc coated it:



I need to get a flaring tool because one line broke upon removal Shooting

then I'll start putting it back together..

Man I hear ya on that...I always manage somehow to break my brake lines!!!! It got to where I have never used a flaring kit untill I got on my car. It happen'd about 3 yrs ago and I have never pulled my flaring kit back out!!!!

ya it sucked but their 14yr old lines. I wasnt expecting it to go 100% perfect

edit for your calipers, why not just rebuild them, alot cheaper then buying a new caliper

Those tires should be nice. I have the directional 225/50-R16 AST and wish I would of sprung the extra cash for the ASX. My dad has the ASX on his BMW and they have lasted the longest out of any tire he has tried. No abnormal wear/etc like the other tires. They have all around better specs than the AST. More grip more life, and unidirectional.

got a bubble flaring tool. KD tools w/ lifetime warranty

much heavier than the $20 double flaring tool I was just using

so I can finally do the non-abs master swap that has been sitting for.. 4 months

well somehow I accidently ordered a abs master so I gotta wait Shooting

hopefully I can return it but its been 4months so we'll see

this weekend I made my TB adjustable from the top instead of the bottom which is next to impossible

also got most of the rear brake stuff done. just gotta order a ebrake cable union or whatever its called to join the main-> driver side line

also replaced the fuel filter big progress I know
