i am repainting my 92 z24, it is red, is the strip on the ground effects supposed to be black or should it be red like the rest of the car? how are they originaly?

yeah, they come stock black.
but painted looks better (most of the time)

93-94 that moulding was body color. In 91-92 it was black.

Looks better body color in my opinion, match it.

Looks better removed. plus you'll save money for not having to paint it

I personally like the strip being black on a red car, but if it was shaved like completely smoothed out that would look even better.
