I have done the centrifugal blower route, and to be honest, If you can weld / fabricate a little bit, and hands down turbo is the way to go.
I'll have one HELL of a time getting into the 11's on my setup, but with a turbo, it would be oh so much easier. I didn't give up on this blower yet though... _________________

| Haha if I had one of those, My car would match my login name. Why don't someone do what the one dude said and weld up some brackets, or w/e, and start selling supercharger kits. That would be pimpin. I'd fork out the cash for one. |

I think a C30-94 blower like mine is well over 2000$...
A braket is DEAD easy to make, you just need an engine on a stand and the blower, and you can mock something up real easily.
I had a friend make mine in the college machine shop. It's held onto the block and the oil pan. I think it's about 9mm thick, mild steel, nothing complicated.
