I'd help you out but I already installed it on my engine. Just take a vernier caliper to an auto parts store and ask to see a manual J-Body flywheel then measure it (probably your best bet).

Lucky for you I have a set of vernier calipers and a stock flywheel in the same room as I am. It's 0.615".. I don't know if it's ever been machined but that's what I got.

The mounting flange, maybe. What's the overall thickness from crank surface to clutch surface?

its actually 0.84 . just had a rwd 3800 one done for a fwd swap

Are you sure?? I'm rarely 0.040 off.. but then agian mine has been machined so you're probably right..
