If I had the extra money to have it towed to ya I would let you have mine for awhile. It's not like I am getting any progress done on it. The Custom Door Caps are taking forever to complete! _________________

Would you be willing to sell a set of these flanges? I would need them to be for 1 5/8 primaries though.

1 5/8" primaries are wht I ordered for the bends, so yeah I could make an extra set. Not sure on price as of now since they were just part of building the headers and really haven't though about selling any. _________________

It won't be full exhaust. Headers, crossover, and a flange to bolt a system to it. _________________

It is possible to fit L/N/J bodies of the same era even manual, 4t60-3, and 3-spd auto. The 4t60-e TOG headers fit a 5spd just fine (when modded to clear our fire walls of course) and also fit the 4t60-e. The #1 primary might need to be moved to clear the 3spd auto though since in that area it sticks up higher. Asylum ran into that with the set of S&S headers that 3400-modified fixed to fit our firewall for him. It fit a 4t60-e but not the 3spd in that area.
TOG's do not sit right up against the thermostat housing, so that is probably why they clear the manuals, as the bellhousing is high right in that area.
It can be done to make a set that would fit 4, 3 autos, and 5 speeds. The downpipe area should be pretty much the same for the pre 99 N bodies, and all berettas and all 2nd gen J's. And a few other cars. _________________

maybe he should make a set and we'll play musical headers for a while... just pass them around through UPS and let each person test fit and/or modify them to fit each combo. _________________

I think we'll take it one step at a time. I'm offering a discount to the first customer
Issac, the L Bodies are the tightest, you want to try the first set?
Actually, I just need to take some time and go to the jy with a set and see for myself, they only charge $1, but time is a comodity when you're self employed.
I have the material sitting here to make a bunch of the flanges (for the heads and to the x-over), need to order collectors... _________________

FF, I'd be honored, but the drive down, while I've done it in one day before, is not fun, and takes a lot of gas! And shipping them to me would be an idea only if they didn't work shipping back and forth would add up fast for tweaks. PLUS I only have the Beretta as my only car to drive! So it's gotta be a bolt up and works and drive to exhaust shop type deal.
The L bodies should be the same as the N of the same era, and the J's should be the same in the rear as the Ls minus trans differences. The Beretta has more space between the radiator than a Corsica BTW. The hood is longer on the Beretta there. I also heard that the 96 L body radiator fan is slimmer or clears S&S headers better. Headers CAN be made to retain the stock fan. S&S and TOG's use different front primary routings but both clear the fan. _________________

Started messing around with the design, not sure I like it, but it may be beast for cross-platform fitment...
