On paint you should be able to use a claybar with minimal defects.. On the siding and any rubber mouldings though it's an entirely different ball game.

Thanks guys. Yep, the little black/browish spots are exactly it. It SUCKS.

Clay knocks the "top" off, but leaves a stain. Buffing gets the stain out, but it takes some work.

Kerosene removed the blob, and lessened the stain which made it much easier to remove with the polisher.

Rubber and hard plastic - thankfully, it just scraped off that stuff with a fingernail and if it leaves a mark behind, it's not really noticable.

I do have a pressure washer, and the damn fungus laughed at 3500 psi! I just can't get it off the house siding. I'm pretty sure I can get the paint off the aluminum before I remove the fungus!

Thanks again guys, I appreciate you asking around.

Oh, and Jake I didn't forget that documentation, I just haven't found it yet. I will...

- Frank

Just out of curiosity have you tried something like Tilex mold and mildew remover??? Test it in an inconspicous spot in case of color bleed. But it works great on tile grout and caulking. Just tossing out ideas
