89 Z24 with a 3.1 swapped in. If I take off from a stop andgo WOT at say 25mph, the car pulls hard, but if I let up a bit off of WOT it runs even better. It feels like it is resitricted or possibly lean at WOT. Any thaughts??

Poor flowing injectors/fuel filter, old spark plugs, clogged exhaust or intake filter. Also, i had a tps go in a car (saturn) that anything over 75% or so would read lower, it was strange but if you were able to log you might be able to check to make sure the ecu sees 100% throttle right. There is a ton of things this could be and I am by no means an expert.

I have an old analog multimeter. I can check the tps with that. plug/wire/fuel/air filter all new in last 7500miles. Might not hurt to pull the fuel filter out agian though and check and see what comes out.
