| Picked up a z34 spoiler off a 92 lumina for $20 from the local jy... Going to have to mod shorten it to fit obviously but it sure beats the stupid luggage rack... Just need to figure out whether I want to mount a LED 3rd brake light to the trunk or the bottom of the spoiler.

Why didn't you just get a phase 2 spoiler?
They actually fit and look simular and the phase 2 is just as thick and curves over the quarter panels.

| eh I'm left handed so as the saying goes I can't do anything right... and by not having the brake light already built into the spoiler it gives me a few more options to consider

Yeah that'll look good if you remove the granny trunk rack completely and fill the holes and repaint the trunk lid. I'm leaving mine stock as is as i have grown kind of fond of the boring granny luggage rack thing.
Being a vert and all it isn't really racey to begin with. Body twists too much while driving, freaked me out the first time I jacked up the car and saw the top fabric krinkle badly from the body twisting.

It'll look good when done. I remember someone modding a z34 spoiler to fit along time ago on here....

| It's still laying on the top of my toolbox at work, aside from marking the sections I need to cut I haven't touched it plastic body work is new territory for me and I'm broke so I haven't gotten around to getting the bonding adhesive I'll need for after I cut it... But it is torment every time I look at my toolbox and see it up top

Agreed with weston...just doesn't "flow" in my opinion either. A true 2ND gen spoiler w/ brake light(if wanted..&more common) would be better suited for this application.
Look too BIG for our trunks. LUMINA vs. CAVY..........different animal! )
