Supercharger Question 3400,3.1liter

This guy promised me that it would work on a 3.1liter but i havent heard of this working but.. you have to cut a hole in the hood.. He said just take plenum off and bolt it on.. Also... Will a 3800 Supercharger work on a 3400 engine?? i havent heard of this yet ive just seen people boosting 3400's... please detail in the 3.1 and 3400

IByoujustgotpunkedandboughtaboatbilgepump x2, even bolt on kits take more than an hour. and there is no bolt on kit for a 3.1. im not sure what these brackets or the 'whole kit' is hes talking about
