Well had an interesting visit to PA way early today. Meet some people for the job and on the way out to my car to come home I see somebody parked next to my car which is weird only cause they are not in a parking spot. I walk over and go to get in and notice its some kid checking my car out.
"Hey man, so that is yours?"
"I am getting into it am I not"
laughs "yea, so that the turbo huh?"
"Yep"
"Mine is too"
"I know"
"oh, well anything done?"
"Just a little tune, pretty much just got it and its my daily, my play car is home."
"Oh, well thats cool, mines pretty quick" saying so and waiting for me to ask whats done.
"thats cool" i say diappointing him and than add "well I got a drive ahead of me, see ya" and get in start it up and let it warm up before putting it in 1st.
As I am leaving he is making his way back through the lot and gets behind giving it a couple lil revs and I am thinking . So I pull out onto the road and get a light and of course he is following. I get moving again and the road opens to 2 lanes a 1/2 mile or so later and he whips into the left lane and flys by but is that all? of course not. He slows and I get back beside him, he takes off again and slows again.
He did this like 4 more times no joke than unfortionatly a light goes yellow so now I have to stop next to him. He is staring at me like some idiot from one of the F&F movies and I am trying to ignore. Light goes green and he nails it, not a bad take off either and I just get moving like normal and the next light is red so I roll up and he nods at me. So I say hmmm, ok boy and get ready. I look over and he is smiling, light goes green I punch it, so does he. Both squeeling alittle and I make my 1st to 2nd shift and he has about a fender than I start to pull. We are even than I shift to 3rd and just start walking him all the way to 75 and slow back down. He comes up looking alittle upset and figured it was done cause I was going for the hwy.
I get on the road that leads to the hwy and he whips over to follow. To make it short I get on the on ramp and am just driving casual and the punk flys by on the shoulder! I get on the hwy and he is way up there, so I just cruise and after a mile he is still up there but you can see him slowing.
I move over to the left lane and before I can get my front to his rear he guns it so I say alright and nail it too in 3rd and just start to pull him in and walk past giving him a look and keep going, probably a good 3 cars as I got mid way through 4th on him and he runs off onto an exit in defeat. |

Never race people like this. Ever. At least I don't bother to waste my time (or gas), especially if they insist on acting like tools and driving like an irresponsible high schooler doped up on every kind of drug possible.
But in a different sense, good job at putting him in his place. I personally can't stand people like that, so annoying. A car fag at it's finest right there. _________________

| handles great for the type of vehicle. As for driver I am pretty good and he seemed to be decent from what I saw on take offs, as for the hwy, not hard to get the right gear and mash the pedal down, me having no lift shift helps, aswell as a nice tune. The guy who did mine did an Cobalt TC and that things hauls ass, a balt SC that has intake, full exhaust, nos, and cams that put 310 to the wheels down(not sure w/ nos or w/out, he had a 35 shot I believe) that romped at the track by it by almost .5 secs. I forget the times on both but my jaw dropped and I asked the guy w/ the TC what was done and he pointed me to the guy(mike I believe his name was) and said I needed to talk to him |

I've been meaning to head down to the dealership and take a gander at the HHR T/C they have sitting out front. Looks like a pretty nice piece. _________________

| Yea, I was looking at the regular HHR's and than the TC came out and I went to look and drive, ended up w/ it. Its really nice for the price, looks mean as hell as my friend said. I do not exactly like how long the front bumper is, almost can use it as a table haha but its gorgeous and I enjoy it. Not a great ride by any means but I love driving it as much as my G8 GT and I am amazed at the looks I get, so what if its young wh*res haha. Oh, its practical too. |

Did you buy the black one from Denooyer? Also are you the guy a while back when they first came out... I was sitting at a light by wolf road in my car, and a black HHR SS TC pulled up next to me in a turning lane. Light goes green and the HHR took off roasting the tires _________________
