I swap rear bumpers when towing. The lip is removable but it's easier to just swap the whole bumper since its 4 screws and not 30 clips. The yellowing I cannot get off of some reasons. Its stained for brake dust. Those rims I used in the winter but I hit an animal and it bent 2 of my rims the front was bent 1/3 of the way.
Here is the back bumper. I forgot I backed into it the other night with my trailer. I scratched it up pretty bad. I don't think the scratches will buff out. I may just grab another from the junkyard.
Car doesn't seem to flex as much now. The trunk is only maybe 1/8 thick at most and if you look they are not built like 2nd gens. The spare tire is shifted to the passenger side a few inches to allow room for the exhaust. 3rd gen guys have been running these bars for quite a few years. I have 3 of them and finally decided to use it since I was waiting for new coils and a new coil adapter. They decide to just stop working yesterday on me. If it doesn't do anything oh well. It's holding my milk create in place now.
If you look where it bolts it is only an inch or two away from the frame rail and it bolts to a piece of steal that is rolled so it ties the frame rails togeather in the back. I used 5/8 bolts designed for a trailer hitch so it should not move.
What's the deal with the handicapped placard under your right visor??!! Is that for physical or mental purposes?!?!
Or just another driver all together?
My dad is handycap and I drive him places a lot. Then I just flip the visor down instead of hanging it on my mirror. He was injured at Work and has perminant nerve damage in his ancle and cannot walk well without being in a lot of pain.
Polly filled mount, painted it before installing. Painted my coolant bottle, painted the manifold, new timing chain, 96 mechanical timing chain tensioner, new gears and guides, new timing cover gaskets and new rear manifold gasket along with water pump and lower coolant tube.
I ran out of time. I have to redo the front. The roll of tint was messed upand had creases. I also had issues where it wasn't drying. Out of 100 or so cars this one is being the most difficult. I think I have to get a new drivers side window. The window is actually all scratched virtually
Put the back seat in also installed a heated 02 sensor since one of mine went bad. Gm decided to put one heated behind the cat and a non heated on the manifold. Made it nice to tap the heater wires in togeather.
I need to get another smaller seat latch cable so I can mount them. The seat release cables are suppose to mount in the trunk but I'm going to mount them in the middle where my old seat latch use to be.
B&m shifter installed
Ttr control arm bushings
Ttr solid manual Trans bushings
Poly dogbone mount
Team geen LSD installed.
Cams and cam feelers are toast. Also the I member bolt broke in half. I cannot drill it, I cannot cut it. I spend 3 hours with a sawzall trying to cut it, tried 30 different blades even diamond blades. My hands are still shanking from it. It's indestructible. I cannot get the kmeber out.
So....we both live in PA ...
Where are you getting these parts from?!
I mean with the exception of b&m and poly mounts, and exedy, I've never seen or heard of any of these brands.
Fill me in.
