I need some help with this car.
I just finished putting a lot of new stuff on this car.
Head, turbo, gaskets, cam, timing belt, water pump, alternator and i'm sure other stuff i can't remember.
It sounds like an exhaust leak but it's not coming from anywhere near the manifolds.
I think it's coming from the EGR Valve but I don't see where it's leaking.

there's a gasket thats supposed to be under the egr.. maybe you missed that one? other then that it sounds like a, exhaust manifold gasket to me..

I didn't touch the EGR at all with doing all my repairs.

did you move the piping leading to the egr any? if so you may have accidently cracked it

The EGR bolts right onto the intake and the egr runner is cast with it. There's no loose piping anywhere that i'd be able to move and crack.
Does it sound like an EGR leak? Is this a common problem?

check the donut gasket on the downpipe, common to forget about them or they are fine but start leaking when you put them back together
