well i've been working on my little project over the past year, swaping out different body parts, etc, but i think this is the final look for my cav, i have rims (17") siting in my room, just waiting on the tires ;)
[yes i know it needs paint, after i get a claim with my insurance settled, it'll be getting a wicked paint job, then it goes in for the new iterior :)]

heres a question for everyone!

should i drop my cav another inche totaling it 3" or just leave it at a 2" drop?

heres some pics

What ricer look? Body kit and rims?? :-?

Nice car dude. Looks good. I say throw the rims on and see how she looks. I'm sure that'll give you a better idea of how much more, if any lower, you want to go.

Do you know what colour you're going to be painting it?
Looks nice, just needs the rims and some paint.......what's with the front fenders? Are those decals? They almost look like they're pockets cut into the fender, but I've been awake for 36 hours, so I could be wrong.

As for the drop, I'd keep it where it is...
I like the mix in the body kits...clean look. Im surprised. I suggest you swap out those tailights for the newer ones, get a stock Z-24 spoiler from a Z, and paint it either red or black. Good job, it's coming along well. The rims will make a massive difference.

Lowering it too much can be bad, my friend with a 3rd gen has gone through like 5 CV axels and has numerous other problems...dont know if it was lowering related or not. Good luck.
looks nice.. it needs rims for sure tho... keep up the good work..

I wouldnt call it a rice look....more along the lines of the advertising ur business look. Im not an over all fan of the kit pieces you picked but each his own it looks good in total. Id also say drop it the extra inch especially if your going for an insanely bright color show car (figured a nice bright color by your plates ;))

as far as the fenders those are the Spyder inserts no? I been thinking bout doing those inserts.
i HIGHLY recomend just getting the inserts and NOT buying the cheap-O fiberglass fenders with the inserts.... the fiberglass fenders fit like shit.. its a lot easier to just punch a hole in your stock fender and glue those inserts in and do your body work to mold them in.... cause you'll spend about the same amount of time FIXING those fiberglass fenders if you want them to look good and not blister or pucker or anything.

yeah id prefer getting the inserts I have a question for you may be able to help.

Do you know anywhere to get metal inserts z3, Spyder, any pretty much I came across a site awhile ago but cant remember where the hell to get em.

I did 3 sets of fenders for people and every single time the fiberglass inserts were warped
bag it, or get coilovers. so you can adjust the ride height
ok, those fenders are the Black Widow2 fenders, not insert, those are full fenders! :D

those deals are of my company, the car club, & one other company (which is coming off)

paint is either a candy blue, candy green or a candy apple red

my drift rear will be removed & trashed (sicne i was in a rear ending accident, my rear got totaled) i'm thinking of ordering a buddyclub rear from soundspeed, as for tail lights, i was thinking of 96-99 toyota tails with a trunk light conversion ;)

<COLOR color="darkblue">L</COLOR><COLOR color="red">oo</COLOR><COLOR color="darkred">k</COLOR>s good man. I would keep it at a two inch drop. What color will you be painting it? Well good luck with everything.
later,
mark

By the way I never noticed the font color option (yeah I am an idiot), so I just figured I would mess with it...
I madea set of those black widow 2 fenders for a buddy of mine with a yellow cavalier with a bomex body kit on it, he hasnt put em on yet but their pretty wicked!
your cavy will look sweet when finished, cant wait to see it :D
ok i will call it import style... and i call it that cause of the huge single exhaust with the import style rims... not a big fan, but looks nice.
