Car rides rough...

I have new Monroe sensa-tracs front and rear, and yet the car rides rough as hell. Its really annoying. It rides like a dump-truck with no load. The front of the car looks like its higher than it should be and the back looks lower than it should be, both are ( as far as I know ) stock springs...

Any idea's?

Here is a picture of the car so you can get an idea of what I mean for heights...



The front is the worst really(for ride)... Does the cars height look normal or is it possible it has the wrong springs ?
