OK, i just finished replacing my cylinder head/all gaskets. i finally got everything back together and connected but now my car wont start. wen i turn the key for the dash components to come on, the check engine light turns on and somewhere in the engine makes a "hssssssss" for a few seconds and then a lil click. when i try to start the car, the alternator spins and i hear it trying to start but it just wont do it, and it also makes that 3 second hssss then "click", please any help

weak battery? i'd also double check ALL spark plugs, wires, fuel lines, injectors, etc. make sure EVERYTHING is hooked up and connected tightly.
gas it, ur prolly gonna have hard time to start it, i replaced my cyl heads few days ago, and it makes that hssss click noise too, i dunno where its from, but i do know i fucked up my alternator.
The hiss click noise is your fuel pump priming the fuel system. That is normal, dont worry about it.

As for the starting problem, check that you are getting spark, then check to see if you are getting fuel into the cylinders. Recheck all of your connections and make sure that all of the vacuum lines are hooked up properly.

only code coming up is 12 repeating over and over... i have brand new spark plugs on it, but i am thjinking mabe it is b/c of the alternator. the belt is very loose, i do not know if it is b/c of the tensioner pully being to loose or the belt stretched, but wen i push the belt in it can stretch about 2" and i know it was never able to do that before... when it stretches i see the tension pully get pulled up very easily then it oes back down... i am also thinking it may be the distributor?? please help if anyone had this problem also, thanks

you shouldnt be able to move your belt anywhere near that much. make sure that your tensioner puller is working properly. :D
I also checked the timing belt and one side was tight but the other side i was able to bend about 1.5 inches so i have to try to figure out how to tighten that stuff up.
