From the looks of it I'd hope you could get a few thousand for it. No idea what the market on them is though. I've have heard used car prices have gotten crazy high for the last few months. I've not looked for anything.
Check out what is on the market and see where the prices are. A google search should bring up most any listed.
Here is a thread that has had a lot of first gen cars listed over the years.

Expect many dead links. But might be some where you can refresh the lots inventory to search for some.
There is a facebook site for Cavaliers. Might try looking there, if you do FB (I don't).
