I have this udp made by a friend of mine. Its been kicking around my garage for a couple months so its got a few scratches on it.. It didn't turn out perfect, but it is all to specs..

Overall size is 5", grooves are 4.8". I'm looking for $75 + Shipping.

Just to clarify, this is not the one I had made for me. I am using that one. This one is one of the ones i bought the stock for and he seemed to never finish. He got it to me right as i was moving and I never got around to posting it..

I dont remember the exact size of stock, but its 6" or bigger.. This one is 5" overall width, with the belt grooves @ 4.8". It is much smaller than stock as well as much lighter..

It is nearly an exact clone of the FFP UDP made by a good friend of mine.

The only thing thats not up to par is appearance.. He didn't polish the face, and if you look in the center, theres a slight groove in there.. Neither of these issues will affect performance in any way.

This Under Drive Pulley has a stainless steel sleeve pressed into it to ensure it won't seize onto your crankshaft..

You should gain 7-10hp by switching to this pulley.. You will also need a shorter belt. Check the FFP site for actual part #..

The one I am using is in my profile for the '92 vert.

Stock is 6 1/8".

Heres the story on this pulley...

FFP quit making pulleys for the 2.8/3.1/3x00.. I wanted one, no one was selling one, so i had one made by a friend of mine. i posted the build thread in the performance forum and a few people wanted one so John agreed to make 5 more. I bought the stock for the run of five and John only got 1 finished before i moved across the country and this is that one.

Heres the build thread, unfortunately the pics dont work anymore and i dont have them.

I can take any pics you want of the pulley, all measurements match UDP except groove depth which is .01 - .02 smaller on this pulley..

As for HP gains, i beleive its WL2 that said 11hp dyno gain with the FFP pulley.

This is a true one-off pulley so i would like for it to go to someone on this site.

I'm lookin to get $75 + shipping for it.

I've been meaning to bring it to work all week and weigh it but keep forgetting... I'll definately have a weight on it Monday if U wanna wait, but its considerable lighter than stock.. I'd guess 3.5 - 4 lbs..

Let me know.
