Where is the place to pass the power cable through the firewall?

Remove the underdash trim panel, you will see a few grommets for the cruise control cables. Use a knife and cut a hole in one of these to run your power wire through. If your car doesnt have these grommets, you can drill through the plate where your clutch pedal would go (if you have an automatic). If you just cant find anywhere there is plenty or room to drill a hole, just be careful not to drill though the brake booster or other objects on the othersideof the firewall. Run the wires under the carpet back to your amp, its best to run RCA wiring on the opposite side of the car to avoid engine noise making it into the speakers. Don't forget to place a fuse on the power wire within 10-18 inches of the battery. You cant connect your power wire anywhere else but the battery and dont be lazy and run the power wire through the door jamb unless you want to start a fire.

Yes, Q logic does manufacture them. Crutchfield has them in their catalog.
They will fit all 88-94 j bodies, except convertables. (they have them for third gens as well) you can also order these at Circuit city.
