I finally got around to making my clear corners. The styrene has been sitting in my basement for weeks. Yesterday I managed to get the corners out without removing anything else except the grille and I made 8 attempts are getting the styrene shaped correctly with a dremel tool. The photos don't do the corners justice, they look really good in person. They aren't perfect but I think they are good for me making them, anyways here are the photos...

looks great from what i can see. theres a little glossyness on the picture. the 2nd picture looks ok. try taking it w/o the flash or in direct sunlight. do they come apart as esay on the sunbirds as they do in the cavys?
There was way too much sun (no flash) and my camera sucks and absorbs all the sunlight. They popped out easily by using an exacto knife, i wish i had a scroll saw though to cut it a bit straigter, but you wouldn't be able to tell unless I told you it wasn't perfect.
