what would i look for if i had a leaking fuel injector? Also a high pitched humming noise coming from the rear that fluctuates when the turn signals are used, could that be the fuel pump or something else (sounds like its coming from the fuel tank and slight vibration on fuel tank)? but the car runs if i let it sit for a while. it died on me eariler on the road and would drive for about 5 min then would buck and die. if anyone has any ideas please let me know asap cause i need to get my Z running again. it's my dd.

Get yourself a fuel pressure gauge. Hook it up and turn the key to the "on" position with the engine "Off". The fuel pump should prime and you should read about 40-45 psi. Then turn the key off and watch the gauge. It should hold the pressure for atleast a few minutes, if it goes down quickly, you have a leak somewhere.

would the reading change if i have the plenum, throttle body, egr, plenum inner coolant line, and map sensor disconnected?
