There's been lots of talk about this.. no way will you be able to do it and keep it rwd.. as far as I know only 2 people have done it with out going to an all out drag car set up..
2 have done it without all out drag set up??? who? id like to see them things :D
Seriously I've been an active member on v6 for about 3 or 4 months, and I sick of seeing this type of message. They should be like a search or boot warning now, because i do believe in the "read before posting" sticky that people should search first. Obviously if they post a topic like this that has been posted 1000 times before, they didn't do a search, and they are supppsed to read that sticky BEFORE posting. Therefore I think people that don't do a search (unless otherwise states that they did in their post) should be penalized in some whay.

you cant even call that one a j-bod anymore...its all just a redesigned tube chassis....ohh well it still looks good
damn brad you beat me too it. THat's the only link I've came across with it being done before. But yea you'd have to go RWD defiantly Unless your slice the car down the middle and make it wider. There's just no room for a v8 and tranny set up FWD in our cars.

No? ;) I could do it, but there will be quite a few custom parts, and really not worth it, unless I wanted a straight line only car.

And what's this about that car "not being a J-body anymore"? So what if there is a tube chassis, there are still a LOT of J-body components retained in that car.
