APC or not, I love it and that is all I care about. Had to cut my stock brackets off the stock seat, but other than that fits like a glove.

was it fun swapping brackets? i know mine was hard.

ami says its too hard to get outta my seats :D

i still think you need a carbon fiber hood and instead of racing seats, you should have got the stock ones wrapped in blue and black leather

soup - I have the other seat, just not in yet. Have to get my harnesses 1st. Right now I'm using my passenger side buckle for my seatbelt. The buckles are bolted to the stock seat frames.

girlracer - you mean like Bumpin Z's seats? His cost more than both my seats, and they have tears in his leather already, not to mention they are still stock seats w/ covers on them. These seats were a gift to me from my g/f for Xmas.

Mounting them involved grinding the rivets off the stock brackets, and bolting them to the flat steel I bought, then bolting the steel to the APC sliders, not hard, but time consuming.

Z24conv - it feels great, so much more supportive and overall a better feel.

I dont have tears in mine. The fluting along the edge wore through due to me being a lardass and sliding in and out of the damn thing so much. It's fixed now and it only costed me $20.00

Are you sure you guys seen the seat pictured above? Look closely, they just came out. They are the G2 seats, and are listed as bigger and softer than the seats shown below V

APC's old seat design

APC's new design

You can tell by looking at them that they are softer and bigger.

The old ones are sold through JCWhitney. Not calling you guys liars, but these just came out recently, thats why I asked if anyone saw them yet.
