Reprogram the prom. (buy a "chip")

You can chip your car...takes away the limiter. Your car only goes to 110? Mine stops at 117 :-? I've had a chip ordered forever now, the guys just cant seem to get the thing to work for my car

Or you can do the vss mod.... it works .... and its cheap

"turn off" the wire to the computer, middle harness #9 wire its green/white = no speed limiter "also no speedometer" but just put a switch on it and call it good.
