New Sunroof Seal

I will probably have to resort to the GM repair manual for this problem unless I can figure it out. I am putting my restored Z back together and I am having one hell of a time with the new sunroof seal. Its like the thing is a foot too long! Every time I get part of it in another part pops out! I am trying to also find out the best glue to put under it. Like the original that was in it. It has been awhile since I had the old seal out and now i am not sure on the way the new one is supposed to lay in the track. Anyone have a close up picture of the top of thier car with the sunroof removed? That would help a lot!
