what size socket do you have to remove it? we have a special snap on 1 1/16th which fits over the new one just fine but isn't fitting over the stock one. i know seems weird but dad is having trouble, dad says the 1 1/16th is hitting the plastic on the old one and will not go down anymore. so we just gave up on it for the night.

we did atleast get the fuel pump, fuel filter, new front brake hoses, rear valve leak fixed, new 02 sensor, new plugs & wires. Now its just the alt. belt and this damn oil pressure sending unit left.

There is a special socket that I purchased from part-source to do this, but having all that AC plumbing in the way makes it a PITA. I just used this socket with some pivot extensions and a bit of patience.
