k guys need some help here. i got my engine and wiring swap done and drivable but i get a bad o2 sensor error so i bought a new one and is still getting that error. i have tunerpro rt hooked up and it reads about 40 mili volts at cruise speed. did i get a bad new sensor or is somthing else not right? 
side note: enigine, wiring, and ecm are out of a 92 z24 transplanted to a 86 bird conv.
