I was wondering where you purchased your belt that is suppose to be an inch shorter? I went to canadian tire, told them I need a belt for the 3.1, but an inch shorter. The guy didn't know what to do. Any suggestions?

If they have the belts behind the counter tell him to look up the one for your car and then look for a part number 25 mm shorter. Their part numbers (not product numbers) on the belts go by the length, for example I dunno..lets say your belt is 2435K6 get a 2410 or come by my dealer and i'll fix you up, but i'm sure Franz has a part number lying around for the belt.

id go to UAP ... they usually have all the belts hanging right there on the wall, .... they are usually cheaper than ctc anyway..
