Yeah Jimmy, that would be a hard mod to the 96.
Just power up the 96 and take it from there. BTW, I just got headers for the 97z. Take a look. http://www.misnblu.com</URL> "><LINK_TEXT text="http://www.j-body.org/registry/misnblu2 ... 1.jpg"></a">http://www.j-body.org/registry/misnblu2/heddr7701.jpg"></a</LINK_TEXT></URL>>
It shows what they look like compared to the factory exhaust manifold.

I know the feeling of owning junk, and none of them are real nice.I guess I could sell them all and buy a new car, but that's no fun. my current projects:
1991 cav conv-pretty nice
1970 monte carlo-needs engine work
1973 duster 340-hopelessly rusted out
1959 beetle-in process of restoration
1987 grand national-in primer
1987 jeep wrangler-pretty nice
1985 toyota truck-beat ass 4x4
my goal is to have one for each day of the week.

nice celica, I was driving my friends for about a week and it is a 2002 gt-4 or somthing like that. It had about 1600 miles on it and was sweeter then hell. My first run in driving celica's and they definatly impressed me.
