Question on Under Drive Pulleys?

where are they attatched and wat do they do? remember no flaming, i ony know enough about my car to get me by.

They replace the crank (or is it cam pulley - I'm having a brain fart - I'll have to go look and see what I replaced a year ago!) and alternator pulley. The idea is to put less pull on the engine which frees up horsepower. Not a bad mod. You have to use a different size serpentine belt. When I bought my pulleys they came with a new belt.

On our cars its just the crank pully that gets replaced...it's a nice mod :wink:

I replaced the alternator pulley too. The replacement one was a bigger pulley on the alternator.

i have a question about this, by saying it revs faster or quicker, doesnt that mean quicker reaction time... just trying to see what you actually get out of this, thanks
