I prefer to use a very sharp sword... :moon:

What exactly are you looking for? A how-to on removing the heads? Connections for where to go for a port/polish?

Get a Haynes manual for your car, it well tell you how  Other then that get some tools and put them to use :-? Its not that hard if you follow the manual. I could write a how to or scan one from one of my books but I have a steak to eat that just got off the barbuque..........mmm! Good luck!

like Dave said, just start unbolting shit. Remove the plenum, lower intake manifold, pushrods, rocker arms and then unbolt the heads. You can get the job done with 10, 13 and 15mm sockets and a ratchet if you have to, but the heads are torqued down pretty good. If you're doing this with the engine still in the car, be sure to take off the coolant line running from the water pump to make it easier for the removal of the front head. And then before you know it:

Be sure to drain the coolant first, though.
