My 93 Z 3.1 is running rich. in Illinois the emmisions standards for hydrocarbons are .80 and my car got a 1.10 there are no check engine lights on or anything. Could the o2 sensor still be bad even if the check engine light isn't coming on? what could cause my car to run rich?
