Get a new one. They wear out, get stretched and will make noise. Mine makes noise going over 60mph, I bought a new one, haven't installed it yet.

Any car parts place will have it. 20-$40, just need to unscrew it from the cluster and the trans and then pull it thru the firewall.

I bought mine from GM, it was like $40.
