So my 94Z has been sitting for about 1.5 years now or so and about a year before it died on me I put new shocks, struts, and springs on the car. My question is would that stuff still be good to put on my 90Z? Also what about the ball joints and wheel bearings??

All of it will be fine to swap out. Ball joints and wheel bearings are dependent on wear. Keep in mind that the 94 spec rear bearings are different than the 90 spec bearings. The 94s have the ABS sensor, but they will work fine on your 90 because it has the hole in the axle for the sensor.
