Very nice, I want one too.

Let us know if you can feel a difference because i've heard it doesnt make too much difference when you're boosted. You didnt remove your turbo setup yet anyway, do you ?

get ready for a mean IAC whistle :D

Nice unit, I noticed a gain with mine.

I still haven't totally eliminated my hesitation with mine yet though...need to do some more AE tuning i think.

all done! :D

I must say im sick of using cheap grinding stones. I need some REAL porting bits damnit!!

anyways the install went great. it was a PERFECT fit! :pimp:

definately lots more throttle response, and my torque steer is worse at WOT

heres the TB on the plenum before I ported it

all ported :)

damn that looks good!

it looks out of place, you should paint it red

very nice about the bit more pull at W0T thats always nice to hear

something you should look into though, dont use grinding stones with aluminum, either carbide bits made for aluminum OR rough sanding rolls. ie 60 grit or 80 grit. maybe 220 for a polish.

looks nice though :)

Do you plan to adjust the tune a little ?
I dont think I need to, idle IAC counts were good, and WOT is still rich enough.

not sure what I should adjust if there is anything?
