Okay, for a while, you might hear my possibly asinine questions, because this is my first project, and while my dad will help with the work, he wants no part in the research. (He worked on older cars, and doesn't much like all the stuff involved with newer ones.)

So I was wondering, on my 89 Z, would I be able to put on one of the Streetfighters? Would it be worth it?

I want to do pretty much everything short of an engine swap to make this car go, and look good while it does.

you might just wanna go to a local tranny shop and say you'd like a performance built trans. they can most likely get the parts and install them for you.
