So from what i have read on 60degreev6, the size of the throttlebody on the 3400 changed from 52mm from 99 and under to 56mm on all the 00+ model 3400's, if this is true, would thsi throttlebody bolt right up to the 340 i currantly have, and is it worth going after? (reason being is that there is a 2000 pontiac minivan at the junkyard right now, and I am going to get the throttlebody if it helps)

All 3400s had the 56mm TB, The 3100s had a 52mm TB from '93 to '99, and in 2000 changed to the same 56mm TB that the 3400 used.

Several people and one has confirmed that even the 2000+ 3100's still had 52mm TB's.

Im guessing 00+ minivans had 52mm
