sorry guys but i decided i`m not going to use them i'd have to butcher them up to get them to fit right so i`m going to sell them to 92onair since he said he wanted them if they didnt fit right trust me they wont fit pre 91 and wont work on 93-94 verts but what i am going to do is make a mold of these and make a prototype that i wont care about if i butcher it up to fit right

I was looking at making my own as well. I dont really like the way the Q Logic ones sit, they seem to just be kinda out of place there. I was going to do door pods at first and blend them into the existing door panel but have since decided to do kicks. I was going to do a basic teardrop type design, only instead of coming straight down from the curve of the trim like the Q Logic, I was going to put it on the long side of the trim so it sat more on the kick panel sidewall.

Just need to get a few sets of that trim from a boneyard and the time to start experimenting. Also with the cold weather coming and the noxious fumes of the resin this may get pushed to next spring.

cut holes in doors and throw 6 1/2's in....cheapest and easiest way to do it...and if you do it correctly it looks awesome....i've done it, and you won't regret it....geeds if you want some instruction, lemme know, and i'll try to help you out...it's pretty straightforward though...

I made some kicks for my door, and they are in the little pocket part at the bottom, and they follow the shape of the cloth, i made them just deep enough for the speaker to fit and operate and, just to warn some people, they only stick out maybe... 2-3 inches. but it kinda makes for an uncomfortable ride.... i have to drive with my left leg bent up or else my legs are basically touching... So i suggest trying to modify the dash to fit better speakers if possible...
