well got my kick panels in but they dont fit right looks like i`ll have to trim them a bit to get them to sit right time for my dremel tool

Trimming is normal for those, I'd rather get them oversized and trim to fit than something that is too small and have gaps. ;)

geeds, theres a stain remover that you can buy from the GM dealer, and it works SO well its almost mind blowing. it would clean up that carpet in about 15 mins.
