Hello
Just got an 89 sunbird Gt unfortunatly the wheels have a lock on them and of course no adapter in the car any one else had this problem. I'm hoping I don't have to get them cut out as I do not have access to a torch.

thanks

Air chisel. Find a good spot on the outside of the lock, make a good groove to put the chisel head in to, and break it loose like that, then use channel-lock pliers or vice grips to get it off the rest of the way.
There are tools that can get those lock lugs off..

Most times without damaging them or the wheels. One looks like a band that you tighten around the lock and as it turns it starts applying force to the lug until it rotates. (loosens)

I think Mac or Snap On tools carries them.
