that's not a bushing its the outer tie rod boot.. you might be able to get new ones without getting outter tie rods..... call around

i got slotted/drilled brake rotors and my car isnt that clean underneath

Why not just replace the entire tie rod end? I've never understood why just the boot is available when the only time it really needs to be replaced is when you change the tie rod end.
