i'm sure this has been asked but i'm not sure how to search for it. anyway's, here's my question. i was givin a pair of heads, upper and lower plenum, and the throttle body from a 91 grand am with an automatic 3.1. now will they fit my 89 z24 with the 5-speed 2.8? and if so will they even benefit my right?

Yes....its the same engine :wink:

Yes they will fit, because they are the same heads, and the intakes, exccpt for a few minor details are the same as well, so there will be no "upgrade" or benefit to swapping to the 3.1 top end, if there is nothing wrong with your current engine.
