Ive relocated my coil packs to where the vapor canaster used to live, I have to splice a new harness together but I believe its the crank sensor wire is shield it. What do I do to recreate this when I redo that part of the harness?

You should have enough length to reroute the harness, without cutting it, if not, and you do need to cut it, make sure the part you add is also twisted, Using a second crank sensor harness would be a good way of doing this. You can cut the end off of one, and cut the same end off the other one, with the extra wire length, this will make for only 2 connections instead of 4. Make solid connections that are soldered and heat shrank, and then insulate everything using split loom to protect the wires.
