WTB or Trade: Phase II skirts

I have phase I skirts I need to get rid of and phase II skirts I want I would be willing to trade for some cash and the phase I skirts for the phase II skirts. Lemme know.

i have a set of phase 2 skirts off of my parts car. they are in pretty good condition. one has road tar all over the bottom but will come off with some tar remover. im just too lazy to clean them cuz i don't need them. they are black. if your interested PM me with an offer. im not really interested in phase 1 skirts though.
